Attleboro Schools Create Attleboro Community Academy
A program that works to give residents a second chance to earn a high school diploma has gotten a big boost. Nearly fifty graduates of the Attleboro Evening Diploma Program received their diplomas in a special commencement ceremony held at Attleboro High School. The program provides an opportunity for young adults who dropped out of school a chance to go back and finish their high school education. We spoke with Attleboro School Superintendent Pia Durkin about the graduation ceremony and the importance of receiving a high school education.
