A few thoughts on Act II--Louisiana's latest (lame) attempt at reforming a failing public school system. The few media outlets that have covered this story have concentrated on the lawsuits filed by teachers unions, groups griping about unfair passing of this law without 2/3 majority and the "muddying of waters" by those close to Jindal when scrutinized by the approval process. I delve into the more common sense approach and attack its direct violation of rights.
