As a compromise between public education and home schooling, Florida Virtual School allows me to access Florida Public School curriculum within the privacy of my home. My 10 year old son about to start 5th grade has promised to try this alternative for two weeks for us to get a feel for this to see if it is a fit for our family, Pray for us!

HOMESCHOOL UPDATE: MAJOR IS STARTING KIDNERGARTEN AT HOME
Happy back to school month!! We've had orientation & met our homeschool teacher! So, its official, we'll be starting kidnergarten at home on Monday. I'm excited yet nervous.
