Caleb's Speech Delay

We made a video of our son Caleb when he was four years old and again at nine years old. I want to encourage people that have children with a speech delay. Our first speech therapist had 30 years of experience. Her 30 years of experience told me that Caleb was mentally retarded and would never learn to speak.
