Several things about homeschooling. You need to know the laws for your state. The Department of Education in most states has some sort of requirements that you must fulfill. Examples include: a supervisory teacher to check up 3-4 times a year or a requirement of standardized testing once a year to make sure you're progressing.

Especially on the highschool level, you have to be self motivated and be able to dig stuff out on your own. It's tougher material...
